However, in a day where anyone may assert anything and it can be read by everyone with a single mouse click or blink of the eye, it’s probably necessary: All of the accolades that my employees have won for their hard work are highlighted on this page. And the feedback from our regular guests, whose constructive criticism is always a priceless catalyst for improvement. Before we delve into toques, forks and memberships, let me give my staff my highest praise: They are only really happy when you are happy with them. They have trouble sleeping otherwise.
